    Generic Name/Active Ingredient:Permethrin
    Indication: Treatment of head lice and their
    eggs (kuto at lisa) and prevention for those at risk.
    Application: Apply enough shampoo to
    cover the hair and scalp. Leave it on for
    10 minutes Rinse thoroughly with water.
    Special Precautions: Avoid contact w/ eyes
    or mucous membranes. May cause skin
    irritation, allergic reaction & local skin
    reactions (contact dermatitis). Not for

    Generic Name/Active Ingredient:  Permethrin
    Indication: Treatment of scabies and crab lice infestation.
    Application: Adult and children >2 years: Apply to the whole body excluding the head, paying particular attention to the areas between the fingers and toes, under fingernails and toenails, wrists, armpits, buttocks & genital area. Children 2 months to 2 years: Apply to the whole body including the face, neck, scalp and ears. Avoid vicinity of the mouth where it could be lick off and areas close to the eyes.

    fingertips in a circular motion until fully
    absorbed. Use for a minimum of 3 months.
    Precautions: For external use only. Do not
    use on broken skin. In the unlikely event of
    skin irritation, discontinue use.
